Reporting a Scammer

If you have any doubt (even the slightest) about a member’s intentions, the first thing to do is to   stop all communications and contact our Customer Service Team.

When reporting to our Customer Service Team by phone or email, ensure to provide us with the  Listing ID of the advert, in order for us to locate and remove the account from the website. You’ll find the Listing ID at the bottom of their ad or profile.
If you can no longer find their listing, it’s likely that we have already removed it from the site. Just to be thorough, please send us all the information you still have on the scammer - the name they used on the site, the 1st day you exchanged emails on the site and their email address.

You can also  flag their accounts on the site using the flag option at the bottom of their ads/profiles, this way the moderation team will take action immediately.
